Mille Foiled

So today, I spent most of the day baking a Mille Feuille.

I used a rough puff (grated butter method) and I made a berry compôte because I only had frozen raspberries.

It was all looking ok, until I started to assemble, then it all came tumbling down. I managed to catch a photo before it went!



Something was too runny, I think it was the creme pat.

tastes good though!
